We’re seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician to assist with large-scale hardware rollouts and support Windows upgrades.
Responsibilities:
+ Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops. + Provide end-user support during migrations. + Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues. + Document deployment activities and asset management.
Requirements Required Skills:
+ Experience with imaging tools like
SCCM, MDT.
+ Strong troubleshooting ability with Windows 10/11 environments. + Customer service mindset.
Preferred:
