Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Call Center Support Specialist with our client in the financial Industry and is located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Candidates will work onsite 5 days per week.

Compensation:

$27.50•28.75 per hour, depending in experience and skill level.

Shifts:

Either 9am•6pm or 11am•8pm

Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support within a call center environment including answering calls and responding to emails
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving basic technical issues across multiple platforms sound judgment and problem-solving skills within defined parameters
Manage a strict schedule to ensure maximum phone coverage and SLA adnce
Support users with general technology issues and escalate when appropriate
Document issues and resolutions clearly and professionally
Adapt to evolving processes and demonstrate flexibility in a support-driven environment

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning•OR equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, military service, or education
Experience in a call center or help desk support role
Basic technical troubleshooting experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC skills
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills
