You’ll take ownership of complex troubleshooting, porting coordination, and build-out planning. This role combines solid technical depth with organized execution. If you know your way around Yealink, Teams, and SIP flow, you’ll fit right in. Key ResponsibilitiesTier 2 Support Resolve escalated VoIP issues—SIP registration, call routing, firewall/NAT, audio quality, device config. Support Yealink hardware and Microsoft Teams integrations (Direct Routing/Operator Connect). Troubleshoot call flow logic, ring groups, time conditions, voicemail routing, etc. Liaise with carriers for porting issues, CNAM updates, and provisioning delays. Familiarity with Netsapiens is a plus but not required.

Client Onboarding Lead technical discovery:

call flows, porting details, extension lists, routing logic, device needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding is smooth, timely, and complete. Track progress, flag blockers early, and keep everything moving. Own the VoIP prebuild process and staging setup. Documentation & Process Keep configs, porting logs, and client-specific setups organized and up to date. Create/revise internal KBs and checklists to streamline Tier 1 handoffs and onboarding steps. Requirements 3-5 years in VoIP support, ideally with MSP or multi-tenant systems. Proficient with Yealink, Teams VoIP deployments, SIP routing, and basic networking (firewalls, VLANs, QoS). Confident in call logic, porting, and VoIP diagnostics. Organized and process-driven—can juggle onboarding tasks without letting details slip. Strong written/verbal communication with clients and teammates. Nice to Have Netsapiens platform experience (admin/config level) Basic scripting or automation (for provisioning tools or templates) AI experience, especially beyond casual prompting Why Square Clover Growth track into technical lead or VoIP project manager roles.
