Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
• Conduct training sessions for customers on system usage and best practices

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
• Experience with IT service management tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security protocols
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
• Ability to provide technical support for computer networking and connectivity issues
• Access points, and switches
• POS issues and installs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Experience with platforms such as Field Nation and Work Market
• Must have own reliable transportation, will be reimbursed for travel and the ability to travel between jobs up to a min of 1 hour distance from work sites.
