Job Summary:

Provide systems integration services for interactive data wall applications, combining hardware and software components. Lead remote and on-site system and network integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission large-scale video wall and server systems as per customer requirements
Integrate system components such as KVM switches, network switches, video and audio devices
Install and configure client software both remotely and on-site
Set up software configurations: database setup, user rights, source definitions (video, web, etc.)
Deploy systems on-site, based on pre-tested configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues
Identify and report software bugs to QA team
Capable of performing Audio-Visual Technician responsibilities
Education
: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in:
Installing and maintaining TCP/IP network environments
Hardware/software troubleshooting (Dell and other systems)
Windows administration and troubleshooting
Software and OS component installs
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Performing component/interface-level integration tests
Communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
Collaborating in team environments and independently handling tasks

Knowledge of:

OSI Layers 2 4 networking
Video/audio integration for collaborative systems
Certifications & Skills

Preferred Certifications:

InfoComm CTS
CompTIA Security+

Security Clearance:

Top Secret and/or TS/SCI preferred (or ability to obtain)
Must be comfortable using hand tools
Proficiency in:
MS Windows Server 2012 2022
MS Windows 10/11
MS Office Suite
Physical Demands /

Work Environment:

Frequent travel to installation/support sites
Ability to lift and transport equipment/tools up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 90,000 annually.
