We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to users across multiple locations, both remotely and on-site. This role involves administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, managing SonicWall firewalls and VPNs, supporting virtual environments via VMware, and ensuring optimal performance of local and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for account administration, hardware/software deployment, backups, documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Occasional travel to field sites is required. This position plays a key role in maintaining secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations throughout the organization.
Requirements
18 years of age or older
Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
High School Diploma or GED
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network + certification preferred
Previous experience working in a general office setting preferred
