Deploy & Configure:

Image and network new Windows workstations and laptops for flawless day-one performance.

Troubleshoot & Resolve:

Tackle hardware, OS, connectivity, and peripheral issues—on-site or via remote-access tools.

Manage Identities:

Provision, secure, and retire user accounts in Entra/M365/Google environments.

Support Networking:

Assist with switch/router setups, wireless rollouts, cabling, VPN tunnels (site-to-site & remote).

Defend & Recover:

Run anti-virus scans, perform malware remediation, and validate backup/recovery processes. Champion the

Client Experience:

Communicate clearly, update tickets meticulously, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

What You Bring Hands-On Expertise:

2+ years in desktop/server support, Windows administration, and TCP/IP networking.

Analytical Drive:

You diagnose problems methodically and document every solution.

People-First Attitude:

Friendly, patient, and able to translate technical jargon into plain English.

Self-Starter Mentality:

You thrive with minimal supervision and own your schedule.

Reliable Transport:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Bonus Points:

CompTIA A+, Python, Go, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Server/M365/Google certifications, Linux or SQL know-how
