Month Contract Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onsite IT Deployment Technician to support end-user hardware deployments and refreshes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform hardware deployment and refresh activities including imaging, configuration, and installation of devices. Set up desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals. Provide basic software installations and troubleshoot issues as needed during setup. Maintain inventory tracking and update asset management records. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal user disruption. Deliver quality customer service and communicate effectively with end users. Collect and return old equipment; wipe devices following company protocols.

Qualifications:

2+ years of IT support or deployment experience in a corporate environment. Proficient with Windows OS, imaging tools, and basic networking. Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to lift and move equipment as needed. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
