Job Description:

Image, configure, and deploy computers and equipment to end users locally and nationally
Manage ticket workload: Must be able to prioritize new hire requests as well as working on refreshes and ensuring equipment is shipped out on time.

Perform remote support for data transfers and Hardware/Software installation servicesCoordinate data transfers/support which includes sending follow-up emails or making follow-up calls to end usersTroubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, MAC OS, office365 issues, basic networking issues, and various software issuesAssist with special projects and ad hoc escalations when assignedMaintain knowledge with current policies, procedures, and troubleshooting techniquesMay be required to perform other duties based on needs of the team: This includes picking up or dropping off IT equipment at the local offices in Rhode Island and warehouse related tasks.
