Remote (EST Hours) ResponsibilitiesApply and validate network configurations (routers, switches)during store deployments Execute real-time network changes incoordination with ROC and field technicians Administer and executedeployment plans for new solutions and system upgrades Performhardware upgrades and replacements for network equipment Monitornetwork performance and respond to incidents promptly Troubleshootconnectivity issues; escalate complex problems when necessaryMaintain accurate documentation for network systems, procedures,and troubleshooting NOC Technician ??? Remote (EST Hours)Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associate???s orBachelor???s degree in IT or Networking preferred Minimum 2 yearsof technical support or NOC experience required Familiarity withTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools Strongcommunication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remoteenvironment Must have a quiet home office setup Must havehigh-speed internet ??? internet speed test screenshot requiredwith resume Must be able to work an EST shift between 8:00 AM and8:00 PM Preferred Qualifications Experience with Mist by Juniperfor switch/wireless management Familiarity with ticketing systemslike ServiceNow or Jira Strong documentation and problem-solvingskills Experience in network deployments or field support If youthink this NOC Technician ???
