Mission:
Managee incidents and requests from end users. Ability to address level 1, level 2, and level 3 issues. Ability to renew PCs
Activities:
Monthly support reporting
Standardized solutions documented in Support Tool
Collect end users incidents and requests
Solve issues and answer requests
Reassignments
Answer user questions
Deploy best practices
Keep inventory accurate
Plan renewal of hardware and replace obsolete equipment
Reconfigure hardware equipment depending on users’ needs
Communicate to the users the IT assests’ rules of use and the local IT organization to support the assets
Participate to awareness sessions with users
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
2 years experience in similar job or field.
