In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity for all users. Brief Summary of Duties:

Providing technical assistance and support related to computer networks and peripherals. Working on the helpdesk for day-to-day IT operations, sometimes traveling to other remote EPC facilities for maintenance trips, both stateside and internationally, to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues, also for network equipment refresh. Duties also include updating and patching software and firmware on servers, printers, and other networking appliances. Replacing, imaging, and deploying workstations to end users. The above-listed duties are representative but not exhaustive, some weekend work is required. Other duties as assigned by department Experience and/or

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 1 year network administration or 2 years desktop support or repair Proficient with Windows 10, Windows 11, Experience with Linex and Mac operating systems Server 12, Server 16, or later version Experience repairing workstation and server hardware, experience working with Windows Deployment services and tools as well as Exchange management tools. Good verbal and written communication skills Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The candidate should be prepared to work beyond their scheduled shift with little or no advance notice, and travel is required as part of the role Experience and/or

Education Preferred:

1 year EPC experience Microsoft Certifications or equivalent college coursework. Familiarity with helpdesk software and procedures. Comp-TIA Certifications.
