out of 5 stars 304 New York Ave, Oak Ridge, TN 37830 Responsible for trouble shooting and support of student laptop computers, operating systems, applications software, and associated peripherals such as printers in a Windows 8.1 environment
Essential Responsibilities:
Adhere to Oak Ridge Schools Policies and Procedures Communicate regularly with supervisor about workplace issues Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform job duties and responsibilities Provide help desk support for student users Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware and software problems Issuing and documentation of replacement equipment Any other duties as assigned by management Qualifications (minimum education, licensure, and/or experience): Minimum of High School Diploma Experience with repair services in an enterprise environment considered a plus Experience working with a ticketing system and completing work according to set schedules considered a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and ability to work well with others Valid driver s license with good driving record Knowledge of computer hardware, software and configurations a plus Strong documentation and presentation skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
