Custom Integrator Audio Video Artistry Memphis, TN 38117 Job Summary A custom integrator works with home theater, music systems, surveillance cameras, lighting & systems automation, ethernet/wi-fi and other low voltage systems. We are looking for experienced integrators as well as people with related field experience to join our dynamic team. Related fields may include, but not be limited to, cable tech, alarm tech, surveillance specialist and network engineers. This role requires a strong understanding of audio/video technology. More experienced integrators can expect strong entry pay. Less experienced technicians will have the opportunity to learn new systems and increase their income rapidly. Great customer service skills are required and the ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as a strong work ethic. The candidate must possess the ability to work within a team structure and be a dependable and trustworthy co-worker. Duties Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and design custom integration solutions. Implement and configure hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations. Conduct thorough testing of integrated systems to ensure reliability and performance. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, particularly in audio/video, to enhance service offerings. Document all integration processes, configurations, and changes for future reference. Skills Proficiency in signal-flow concepts and applications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration. Familiarity with various hardware and software platforms used in system integration. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
