Air and Missile Defense Agile Product Owner Step into a mission-critical role where your leadership drives the future of U.S. missile defense. Our client is seeking a sharp, visionary Product Owner to help shape the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) initiative. As the bridge between agile development teams and national defense strategy, you’ll define automation tools that ensure the readiness of tomorrow’s missile defense technology.

Onsite presence at Redstone Arsenal—work on meaningful projects with immediate impact What You’ll Be Doing Define, prioritize, and manage development of automated test cases and analysis tools
Collaborate with Program Management to align on priorities for each Sprint and PI
Provide clear technical guidance to Agile Test Tools (ATT) team
Develop acceptance criteria and verify deliverables
Capture and document test results in Jira/Confluence
Lead demos, technical briefings, and report progress to leadership
Recommend strategic improvements and risk mitigations to mission objectives What You’ll Need to be Considered U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Science, or Math (ABET preferred)
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Squish, JUnit, Cucumber)
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence
Knowledge of systems such as IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, or THAAD preferred #INDIT
