- , you’ll collaborate closelywith experienced product managers and cross-functional teams and gainhands-on experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmapaligned with business objectives and market needs.
Leveraging yourstrong analytical skills and passion for technology, you’ll assist ingathering market insights, conducting user research, and prioritizingfeatures to drive product development and innovation. You’ll supportthe execution of product initiatives, assisting in coordinatingactivities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and useracceptance testing. With guidance and mentorship from seasonedprofessionals, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills inproduct management, agile methodology, and stakeholder communication. Asan integral member of the product management team, you’ll play acrucial role in delivering value to our customers and contributing tothe success of our tech products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis tounderstand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
User Feedback Analysis:
Gather and analyze user feedback throughsurveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points andopportunities for improvement.
Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders, includingcustomers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather andprioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a currentand future state process map to be shared and signed off with yoursponsor.
Product Planning:
Assist in creating and maintaining the productroadmap, defining features, and release timelines based on businessobjectives and user needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignmentand execution of product initiatives.
Feature Prioritization:
Help prioritize features and enhancements basedon their impact on user experience, business value, and technicalfeasibility.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate project activities, tasks, andtimelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables arecompleted on time and within scope.
Documentation:
Create and maintain product documentation, including userstories, feature specifications, and release notes, to communicaterequirements and updates to stakeholders.
Testing and Validation:
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) andvalidation of product features to ensure they meet quality standards anduser expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
Assist in defining and tracking key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance andsuccess.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement,gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on productfeatures and enhance the overall user experience.
Learning and Development:
Stay informed about industry trends, bestpractices, and emerging technologies in product management, seeking outlearning opportunities to grow and develop in the role.
Customer Support:
Provide support to customer-facing teams, includingresponding to customer inquiries, addressing product-related issues, andassisting with customer training and onboarding.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with product management peers and otherteam members, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to fostera culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentationskills, able to articulate complex ideas, influence diverse audiences,and drive stakeholder alignment.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Experience mentoring and guiding junior teammembers, contributing to their professional growth and the overallsuccess of the product team.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the industry in which the companyoperates, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatoryconsiderations.
Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with ourorganization’s vision, mission, and values and fall within your scopeof practice.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience:
3+ years of relevant or practical experience. (

- • Good knowledge of all Procure to Pay processes and •Coupa Modules•with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Experience in Procurement / Sourcing, Catalog Management, ContractManagement, Vendor Management.
