About the Role As aProducer, you will be the driving force behind Eightpoint’s Mobile and Desktop app experiences, ensuring that they delight users, meet business objectives, and remain competitive in a fast-evolving landscape. You will collaborate across departments to define strategies, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical know-how, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership:

Define and prioritize features for in-house Mobile and Desktop applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. Lead product strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback.

Collaboration & Communication:

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality app experiences. Communicate goals, requirements, and progress effectively across cross-functional teams.

Agile Product Management:

Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and design documentation. Manage the product backlog and adapt priorities to respond to changing needs or opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of feature releases. Identify and resolve product issues in collaboration with development teams.

Execution Excellence:

Ensure timely delivery of features by coordinating closely with stakeholders and tracking progress. Drive continuous improvement in app usability, functionality, and engagement metrics. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Mobile or Desktop app development or product management. Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools. Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives into actionable strategies. Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver results. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Passion for creating exceptional mobile app experiences.
