As Product Owner, you will help lead the strategic development and management of the unified digital front door for the customer. You will drive value delivery and develop the roadmap for the internal-facing solution. You will cross-functionally engage with internal customers, architecture, software engineering, program management, security, quality, compliance, marketing, client services, sales, and operations to understand their wants and needs.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Alignment:
Contribute to the product vision and develop the roadmap for the internal-facing solution, ensuring value delivery aligns with the product strategy and overarching business goals. +
Product Development Oversight:
Streamline backlog management ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Collaborate with the platform vendor, architects, developers, and other team members to deliver incremental value using scaled agile practices. + Proactively address scalability and technical debt. +
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, laboratory operations, and customer support teams to refine and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and team capacity. Provide updates on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies on a regular basis. +
Customer Engagement:
Act as the “voice of the customer” within the scrum team by engaging internal customers, understanding their challenges, their processes, and incorporating their feedback, into product development and enhancements. +
Team and Program Participation:
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and Program Increment planning. Identify and address inter-team dependencies, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
+ Scaled Agile Certification or equivalent experience leading agile teams. + Experience with Laboratory Information Systems, EMR/EHR Systems or other Health Care Data Integration Systems strongly preferred. + Proven ability to lead platform development and manage product life cycles for end-user-facing digital products. + Thorough understanding of User Experience Design. + Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide cross-functional teams, align platform capabilities with the program goals and support product strategy. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. + Proactive and problem-solving mindset with natural curiosity and a drive to independently explore, analyze, and simplify complicated processes and requirements. + Detail-oriented with the ability to understand how solutions fit within and contribute to the overall Enterprise Systems Architecture. + Ability to anticipate and identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Experience (Required) + 5+ years working in Healthcare IT, 4+ years in consumer product development. + Salesforce Experience. + Agile/SAFe Certified.
