Our client is looking to add a Product Owner with experience in MS Teams implementation to lead digital product initiatives for a global consulting firm’s Email and Productivity squad.

  • Remote

  • Responsibilities:
  • + Set, prioritize, and evaluate work generated by the squad team to ensure the functionality of the products, with a particular emphasis on MS Teams implementation.

+ Take end-to-end ownership of the squad goals, including the successful deployment and integration of MS Teams. + Set the product roadmap and vision, driving value realization by translating the customer voice and needs into product features, specifically for MS Teams. + Work with teams to design and deliver products to customers, ensuring MS Teams is effectively integrated and utilized. + Own and prioritize the backlog of user stories that squad members will use to inform their work, with a focus on MS Teams-related tasks. + Support and motivate squad members in achieving MS Teams implementation goals. + Track product performance, including MS Teams usage and effectiveness, to inform future work and deliver on specific and measurable KPIs.

  • Experience Requirements:
  • + Conduct requirement-gathering sessions among cross-team architects, developers, and product personnel, focusing on MS Teams integration.

+ Assist developers during the Proof of Concept and pilot execution phases for MS Teams. + Prepare business requirements considering users’ pain points gathered during UX research, identifying gaps, and sharing technical insights with architects and developers, specifically for MS Teams. + Initiate discussions with vendors to address concerns and collaborate on identifying effective solutions for MS Teams. + Prepare user stories and facilitate sprint refinement sessions, with a focus on MS Teams-related tasks. + Develop comprehensive proposals for initiatives, incorporating UX research, data analysis, and assessment of pros and cons, thoroughly outlining the reasoning and approach behind MS Teams initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of MS Teams from a Product Owner perspective, ensuring its successful implementation and integration into our digital collaboration products.

  • Education Requirements:
  • + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
