Role Description Product Management oversees both internal tools and public-facing products (e.g., our custom

CRM, VIP

portal, Chauffeur app, and White Label pages). This role ensures product excellence by gathering feedback, developing new features, assigning development tasks, and coordinating product launches across multiple departments, including Operations, IT, Marketing, and Sales. A key task of Product Management is to ensure drvn’s offerings are continuously improved by managing roadmaps, enforcing deadlines, and benchmarking both UX and UI. The position is located on-site in Miami (Coral Gables), Florida, and requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities Product Roadmap & Strategy Define and maintain product roadmaps for both internal and external solutions, aligning with business goals and timelines. Keeping an eye on the big picture while managing day-to-day tasks and making sure the product evolves to meet market needs and customer demands. Translating the product vision into actionable and achievable goals within the scope of sprints. This means having a clear understanding of the roadmap and how each sprint contributes to larger objectives. Evaluate user needs and market trends to prioritize feature development. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with the Operations team to gather customer feedback and refine existing features based on real-world usage. Coordinate with IT & Development to assign, describe, and track tasks in JIRA, ensuring product and feature milestones are met. Ability to prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business goals, customer feedback, and technical constraints. Ensuring that the backlog is always aligned with the product vision and roadmap. Partner with Marketing to design product features, optimize user experience, develop product marketing campaigns, and coordinate new and updated product launches. Product Lifecycle Management Guide products from ideation through launch, ensuring thorough testing, QA, and the absence of placeholder content. Oversee release schedules, enforce deadlines, and manage potential timeline adjustments to keep launches on track. Quality & Data Analysis Conduct regular reviews of product design and functionality, ensuring readiness for launch and alignment with brand standards. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure the product meets business needs, and maintain alignment across departments. Gather and interpret data on user behavior, product performance, and operational metrics to inform product iterations. Implement feedback loops with Development, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to continually refine product features. Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates to executive leadership on product progress, risk factors, and potential pivots. Maintain transparency across departments, ensuring all stakeholders understand product timelines, feature sets, and release plans.

Qualifications Management-Level Experience:

Proven track record in product management for software-based products or applications.

Technical Fluency:

Comfort working with development tools (JIRA or similar) and familiarity with software release cycles.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Ability to coordinate tasks among multiple departments, manage priorities, and maintain accountability.

UX/UI Best Practices:

Understanding of user experience principles, conversion optimization, and design consistency.

Data-Driven Mindset:

Skilled in gathering and interpreting feedback, analytics, and operational insights to guide product decisions.

Project Management:

Expertise in roadmap planning, deadline enforcement, and risk mitigation. Ability to facilitate communication between different teams (development, design, QA, marketing) to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

Agile Methodology Knowledge:

Understanding Agile principles (e.g., delivering working software, responding to change, continuous delivery). Able to adapt Agile practices to the specific needs of the organization.
