About Us:

As a Senior Product Owner at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development projects in the role of Product Owner.
Deep understanding and practical application of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; certifications like CSPO are considered a plus.
Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to manage backlogs and track progress.
Strong ability to create clear, concise, and unambiguous documentation, including user stories and business rules.
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas persuasively and adapt messaging to different audiences, along with strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Ability to manage tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain and refine the Sprint Backlog, ensuring backlog items are clear, detailed, and aligned with business and user needs.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, identifying both opportunities and challenges.
Document user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including flow diagrams and specifications.
Communicate the product vision and objectives effectively and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Work closely with the UX team to ensure solutions are user-centered and feasible.
Collaborate with the development team to address blockers and ensure alignment on requirements.
Participate in validating developed functionalities and provide feedback to continuously improve the product.
