Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead enterprise integration initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as the strategic driver for a Scrum team focused on integrations
, overseeing the roadmap, backlog, and execution of projects involving Salesforce, Oracle OIC
, marketplace applications, and custom APIs. This is an onsite role based in Miami, FL
, with a focus on cross-platform enablement and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Team Leadership:
Act as Product Owner for a dedicated integration-focused Scrum team.
Create, manage, and prioritize a well-groomed backlog of features, enhancements, and user stories
.
Ensure alignment across multiple development teams and other POs for effective cross-functional delivery.
Enterprise Integration Oversight:
Lead and evolve the enterprise integration ecosystem
, including Salesforce (SFDC)
, Oracle OIC
, third-party marketplace applications, and custom APIs
.
Define, enforce, and refine API best practices with a focus on design, governance, and reusability
.
Manage a living, well-documented API catalog to support clarity and reuse across the organization.
Cross-Platform Enablement:
Collaborate with stakeholders from Salesforce and Oracle to enable secure and performant data flows
.
Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks that affect business continuity or growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the voice of the customer and internal technical stakeholders within the integration landscape.
Translate high-level business and technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
.
Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager working with enterprise integration teams.
Strong understanding of integration platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC)
, Oracle OIC
, and API ecosystems
.
Experience managing and documenting API catalogs and promoting API governance frameworks
.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders and vice versa.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative product development
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
