• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business,Technology, UX, or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role; experience with digital products or chatbots is a plus
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with Jira or other agile project management tools
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Preferred Skills
• Understanding of conversational design principles and chatbot technologies
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Familiarity with customer experience analytics and user journey mapping.
