Senior Pharmacy Product Owner at Centerwell in Augusta, Maine, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Pharmacy Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Pharmacy Product owner is responsible for understanding the Traditional Mail Order operating system and how it integrates with other applications in order to provide the best outcome for the business. The Senior Pharmacy Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team’s primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies + Experience in IT business analysis to include artifacts development + Previous product and/or project management experience + Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments + Facilitating cross-functional teams’ efforts + Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented + Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines + Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel + Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Jira Align Preferred Qualifications + Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/ Product Manager (If you do not already have the certification you must be able to obtain it within 6 months of hire) + Experience working in agile/scrum methodology environments to include user story grooming, sprint planning etc. to deliver high quality product solutions improving team velocity
