Key Responsibilities:
+ Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. + Collaborate with product analysts and technology teams to create and review user stories. + Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Refine and maintain a healthy backlog of items, ensuring proper linkage (Story – Feature – Epic). + Accept user stories after they meet the acceptance criteria and the definition of done. + Collaborate with L2/L3 product managers on the overall product intention map. + Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators. + Facilitate frequent collaboration between stakeholders and teams throughout the product lifecycle. + Prioritize and manage a clearly understood product area backlog aligned with the product area vision and goals. + Work with product analysts to define and refine user stories, including business readiness stories. + Ensure all known work is added to the backlog and made transparent. + Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas. + Address escalated impediments and answer questions from the team. + Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with product managers and delivery teams. + Coordinate with scrum masters, delivery leads, and other supporting roles shared across delivery teams.

- + Proven experience leading scrum teams and managing Agile processes.
+ Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. + Experience in user experience (customer and/or employee experience journey). + Familiarity with AI/Chatbot technologies is a plus. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. + Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
