Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex financial use cases into clear product features and user stories Drive deployment of Gen AI models (LLMs, copilots, summarizers) in regulated environments Act as the voice of the customer in product development and stakeholder discussions Monitor model adoption, usage, and business impact post-deployment Lead product backlog, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release tracking Drive continuous product refinement based on KPIs and user feedback
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in regulated industries Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise software development Hands-on with Gen AI platforms: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of compliance, risk, and governance in financial environments
