Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to spearhead the development and execution of our strategic auto remarketing work within the Salesforce desktop. With a focus on internal and external customers (users), this role is crucial to initially decommission archaic systems/applications used today to then streamline the physical and digital remarketing process to a next gen experience. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer experience and efficiency gains above all else.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Product Director of Salesforce (desktop) within the Customer Care & Communications (C3) team, the Product Owner will focus on advancing our remarketing process capabilities within Salesforce. This position involves leading the product development and coordination, from initial concept through implementation, to maximize the value of used vehicles while ensuring a positive customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and launch of 3rd party remarketing process end-to-end within Salesforce Ensure optimal customer experiences across various personas. Gather, document, and refine business requirements, system specifications, analytics needs, and support orchestration of user acceptance testing. Prioritize feature and story backlogs to optimize value for both customers and the business, forming a strategic roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders and development partners to ensure the success of 3rd party remarketing processing. Support the Product Director in leading a Dealer Relationship Management Application Strategy, focused on optimizing the Salesforce product to support processes and procedures for remarketing activities. Measure and understand product performance, championing the Voice of the Customer. Maintain expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities to support driving and influencing our strategic direction. Write and maintain detailed requirements, defining customer experiences and remarketing processes to identify necessary system and process enhancements. Lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners and cross-functional teams to address competitive differentiators, usability, sales and service needs, risk mitigation, and overall customer satisfaction. Lead agile scrum teams, collaborating with scrum masters, APOs, QA testers, developers, and UX designers to complete sprints and deliver feature enhancements. Coordinate integrated roadmaps with other product owners to deliver capabilities and facilitate enhancement releases supporting business strategies, including beta testing. Leverage data, conduct benchmarking, and stay informed on industry trends to drive insights and determine next best actions/enhancements for the 3rd party remarketing process and/or Salesforce as a product.
