Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager for a 6-month contract with a client in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals for digital and marketing initiatives. Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, data science, and engineering.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (7-8 years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Strong background in data science, analytics, and using insights to inform product decisions.
Experience with loyalty tools/platforms:
Preferred:
Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Oracle CrowdTwist, or similar. Familiarity with how loyalty programs convert points into rewards. Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake (data warehousing) and Power BI (reporting and visualization). Experience with API integrations and related product lifecycle management. Background in the retail or automotive industries is highly preferred.
Certifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a plus.
