  • Join our Digital Customer and Loyalty Product Strategy and Execution team and start reimagining the future of automotive marketing for our DIY and Pro customers.

This team is responsible for strategy and management of marketing products that enable loyalty and customer engagement for our DIY and Pro lines of business. We’re seeking an innovative technologist and marketer that is energized by the future of digital marketing and can thrive in ambiguity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Develop the product roadmap for email, SMS, and Push marketing working with the product director in line with business goals and enterprise strategy.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify issues, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities and deliver measurable results. + Translate business requirements into technical direction for Agile teams. + Identify opportunities, both for new and existing initiatives, on an ongoing basis. Define initiatives, quantify investment and return, and communicate these to executive decision makers to secure investment. + Work with internal and external vendors to incorporate product best practices, and emerging technologies, like gen-AI, personalization strategies to drive productivity improvements and campaign efficiencies.

  • Qualifications:
  • + Product Management (5-7yrs) + Managing work through developers and scrum + Data Analysis and Data Science Experience + Exp working with a Loyalty Management Platform.
