Position Overview Seeking an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Consultant to serve as the Product Owner for Knowledge Management. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow and a passion for driving knowledge strategy, governance, and user-centric solutions. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of Knowledge Management within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value. 100% REMOTE Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner and strategic lead for Knowledge Management within ServiceNow. Define and prioritize product features based on business needs and user feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on objectives. Manage and groom the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Oversee the creation and implementation of new knowledge bases and taxonomy structures. Ensure governance standards are met, maintaining content quality, consistency, and accessibility. Continuously optimize knowledge workflows to enhance discoverability and usability. Monitor key performance indicators and usage analytics to drive continuous improvement. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner or Consultant in ServiceNow, with a focus on Knowledge Management. Strong understanding of HRSD and ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration. Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing and scaling knowledge bases in enterprise environments. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise content strategies. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
