Product Owner:
DUTIES – Act as Team Lead, product owner responsible for maximizing the value of Intelligent Automation platforms. Design & Develop RPA solutions based on business requirements across various domains. Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and other Intelligent Automation resources during project delivery.
This specifically include:
assess development value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes, including working to Product Manager’s strategy into actionable tasks involving product strategy and breaking down the roadmap into features and user stories; lead the build part of the Plan-Build-Run strategy, including oversight of the projects the delivery cycles (Design, Build, and Test) with mentoring associates interested in Intelligent Automation technology platforms and with RPA certification or currently pursuing them; develops support KPIs and establish and operationalize the DevOps practice for Intelligent Automation; work closely with cross functional stakeholders to manage and deliver on RPA and intelligent automation initiatives and with cross functional stakeholders to provide optimal support to RPA and intelligent automation solution; communicates financial and goal results and KPIs to reports, partners and leaders via multiple channels; partners with IT teams, Information Security and other internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and develop personal and team growth opportunities. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with service providers and oversee their work to ensure efficient solution design; manage and resolve critical situations, guiding the team through creative brainstorming and root cause analysis; develop and review Detailed Process Descriptions (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD); and lead the team with business partners and developers to Identify and improve BOT utilization and success rates. A hybrid work-from-home schedule is permitted, typically requiring three days in the office per month, as needed, and within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science, Operations Management, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) assess development value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes, including working to Product Manager’s strategy into actionable tasks involving product strategy and breaking down the roadmap into features and user stories.; (2) lead the build part of the Plan-Build-Run strategy, including oversight of the projects the delivery cycles (Design, Build, and Test) for analytic product suite; (3) develops support KPIs and establish and operationalize the DevOps practice for AI/ML technologies; (4) work closely with cross functional stakeholders to manage and deliver on AI/ML driven Products, and with cross functional stakeholders to provide optimal support to AI/ML based products; (5) communicates financial and goal results and KPIs to reports, partners and leaders via multiple channels; (6) partners with IT teams, Information Security and other internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, 3 years of experience stated herein to involve: (7) maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and develop personal and team growth opportunities; (8) lead onboarding support for AI/ML based products by training internal and external stakeholders and managing product documentation. A hybrid work-from-home schedule is permitted, typically requiring three days in the office per month, as needed, and within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer & Information Science, Operations Management, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field, or MBA, and 2 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) assess development value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes, including working to Product Manager’s strategy into actionable tasks involving product strategy and breaking down the roadmap into features and user stories.; (2) lead the build part of the Plan-Build-Run strategy, including oversight of the projects the delivery cycles (Design, Build, and Test) for analytic product suite; (3) develops support KPIs and establish and operationalize the DevOps practice for AI/ML technologies; (4) work closely with cross functional stakeholders to manage and deliver on AI/ML driven Products, and with cross functional stakeholders to provide optimal support to AI/ML based products; (5) communicates financial and goal results and KPIs to reports, partners and leaders via multiple channels; (6) partners with IT teams, Information Security and other internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards; and (7) maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and develop personal and team growth opportunities; (8) lead onboarding support for AI/ML based products by training internal and external stakeholders and managing product documentation.
