Job Summary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Technology, UX, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role; experience with digital products or chatbots is a plus.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Jira or other agile project management tools.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of conversational design principles and chatbot technologies.
Experience working in agile development teams.
