Job Description

nCino Product Owner 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Columbia, SC 29201 nCino Product Owner As the nCino Hybrid Product Owner , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our banking solutions. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that enhance our Booking and Funding processes. Additionally, you will work closely with the Document team to streamline document management and ensure seamless integration with our nCino platform. What you’ll do

Product Backlog Management:

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

User Story Definition:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.

Sprint Planning:

Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team understands the priorities and goals for each sprint.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the Booking and Funding pod, Document team, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product vision and goals.

Feature Delivery:

Oversee the development and delivery of new features, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.

Integration Management:

Collaborate with the Document team to ensure seamless integration of document management solutions with the nCino platform.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness. What you’ll need

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the financial technology sector. n

Cino Expertise:

Strong understanding of the nCino platform and its capabilities including the

TRU Stage Productized Integration Agile Methodology:

Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving:

Analytical mindset focusing on solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related experience in Technology Implementations. Why join us
