JOB DUTIES
Develop and maintain an expert understanding of LPL Financial’s business systems, enabling the creation of well-defined requirements and a prioritized backlog for Agile scrum teams. Craft user stories, create visual diagrams, and effectively communicate requirements to a team of engineers. Foster collaborative relationships with team members and business partners, ensuring a deep and comprehensive understanding of LPL systems to the point of expertise. Conduct research, analysis, and provide requirements across a range of strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Alternatively , Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Applicants must have demonstrated experience in each the following: Understand and document detailed requirements to build databases and APIs; Align product strategies with business objectives and user needs; Agile scrum methodologies; and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); and Workflow diagram software.
Pay Range:
$175,000 – $185,000 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
