You’ll help drive product development from idea to release, working directly with our founders and developers. You’ll manage our backlog and process, test new features, and help us deliver exceptional software. The products you’ll be working on: gearcheck.com shopflow.co What You’ll Do Backlog & Roadmap Management Translate product ideas into clear user stories and feature specs Maintain a prioritized, well-groomed product backlog in Notion Work closely with founders to align sprint goals with the roadmap Team Coordination Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retros Keep development organized, efficient, and unblocked Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing for smooth delivery Product Design & Feedback Work with founders and users to refine feature ideas Ensure user stories are clear, testable, and valuable to our audience (repair shops, luthiers, retailers, etc.) Provide feedback and suggestions to improve UX and flow Manual QA Testing Test new features thoroughly before release Write and maintain basic test cases and regression checklists Reproduce and document bugs clearly for the dev team You Might Be a
