CONTRACT-SCRUM
Master for U.S. Citizens or U.S.Perm Residents already in South Florida. No visa sponsorships. No relocation. ONSITE in Miramar, Florida. Not a remote position. Great opportunity for highly motivated, energetic Scrum Master. Seeking at least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of dedicated full time Scrum Master experience in software development. Need to be familiar with Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile. Embody Scrum values and principles. Understands Lean/Agile/Tools/Techniques/Principles to best apply based on Team. Must demonstrate experience working with Burndown techniques, Retrospective Formats, Handling Bugs, etc.
- Requires 3-4 years of agile/scrum master esperience
- Must have 2-3 years of waterfall project management experience
- PMP and CSM certifications preferred.
- MUST be very proficient with JIRA, Confluence
