The work:

As an Business Agility Practitioner you will be at the forefront of implementing agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to support agile and scrum practices, ensuring that organizational policies are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to assess project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions. Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of scrum principles. Familiarity with policy support within an agile context will be beneficial, as you will be instrumental in aligning team activities with organizational standards. You will be handling sensitive information and must ensure compliance with security protocols. Being a team player is paramount, as the success of agile practices hinges on collaborative effort and open communication.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience in driving business agility and transformation Prior experience with client facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Experience with intel analysis Experience with security classification Certifications preferred are and of the following: PMI Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Practitioner (PMP),

SAFe Agilist, AgilePM, Agile Coach, ICP-ATF or ICP-AC Security Clearance Requirements:
