Scrum Master The Scrum Master will provide structured agile support to both theclients existing Salesforce team and, in the future, the CommercialExcellence project teams.
Responsibilities include:
Team Operations Support (Initial Phase) Facilitate day-to-daycoordination of the clients Salesforce team’s activities related toongoing enhancements and platform maintenance. Maintain and update team boards, tasks, and sprint artifacts inJira or other project management tools. Track progress, flag blockers, and support efficient taskexecution. Agile Process Facilitation Assist in the implementation andreinforcement of agile practices (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprintplanning, retrospectives). Promote agile values and principles within the team to fostercontinuous improvement and collaboration. Cross-Team Communication Act as a communication bridge betweendevelopers, admins, product owners, and business stakeholders. Ensure clear and timely sharing of priorities, dependencies, andproject statuses. Issue and Risk Tracking Identify risks, impediments, and processbottlenecks. Collaborate with team leads to remove blockers and escalate issuesas necessary. Metrics and Reporting Track team velocity, sprint burndown, andother KPIs to support performance monitoring. Provide regular updates to leadership on sprint progress andoutcomes. Transition to Commercial Excellence (Future Phase) Support theramp-up of Commercial Excellence project teams by applying agilediscipline and coordination to new workstreams. Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for Commercial Excellenceproject, ensuring adherence to agile practices and alignment withprogram-level objectives. Change Management Support Help the organization navigate agiletransformation by coaching team members on agile roles,responsibilities, and mindsets. Contribute to documentation and rollout of agile onboardingmaterials for new POD members. Continuity and Scalability Provide consistent support across bothcurrent and future Salesforce initiatives to maintainorganizational agility and delivery continuity.
