We have an immediate requirement for Scrum Master@FL – Remote
Job Description:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on SAP implementations. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects, including multiple S/4HANA implementations. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is required.
