THE ROLE

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support cross-functional teams aligned to Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Your focus will be on empowering teams to deliver value consistently, while embedding Lean-Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset from the ground up. This is a critical opportunity to be part of our Agile transformation journey at its inception—coaching, guiding, and influencing how modern banking products are delivered.

Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, helping them embrace SAFe practices and delivery cadences. Remove blockers, manage risks, and support team self-organization to improve productivity and quality. Foster team collaboration, Agile maturity, and alignment to ART-level objectives and PI goals. Support teams in understanding and applying Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment on objectives and backlogs. Promote relentless improvement through coaching, metrics, and feedback loops. Work closely with RTEs, Product Management, and Business Owners to ensure the flow of value and delivery of committed outcomes. Support Agile mindset adoption across teams through training, workshops, and informal coaching. Help establish a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability in the Innovation Hub SKILLS 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role, preferably in a SAFe environment. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Agile ceremonies. Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and coaching skills.
