Genesis10 is seeking a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master for our client in the Financial Services industry. This position is located in St. Petersburg /Tampa Bay, FL area. Hybrid Schedule.
W2 Hourly Pay rate range: $75-$85
Description:
Manages Enterprise Data and Services, Change the Business (CTB) Releases for large and/or multiple projects including Data Analytics and Data Warehouse initiatives with significant impact on business processes and technology used firm wide. Providesprehensive solutions toplex problems and has extensive contact with internal clients and the business. Managesplex projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, using broad and extensive input from industry and/or business unit subject matter experts.
Responsibilities:
Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests by reviewing requirements and specifications and testing and by reviewing support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities, business plans and objectives.
Develops, prepares, presents and maintains project plans, including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets and work breakdown structures and schedules.
Performs andmunicates project risk assessments, including identifying key risk factors, providing effective mitigation strategies and assigning contingency action plans to both schedules and budgets
Support team by ing established methodologies, using change control templates and processes; monitoring budgets; maintaining precise documentation/artifacts required as part of PMO and Internal Audit; serving as a liaison with internal customers and external suppliers; andmunicating regularly with project stakeholders.
Supports project budget including creating and maintaining resource allocations and actively tracking costs to the approved budget.
Partners with other functional areas to aplish objectives.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and can work with TFS (Azure DevOps) to create Ss
Capable of handling large cross-functional teams, guide the teams through Agile Ss, conduct and manage Agile ceremonies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience with in-dept knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies, strong knowledge of Scrum Management, S, and Release Planning
Knowledge of the following:
Application development and project life cycle methodologies and standards.
Agile Methodologies and SAFe (preferred)
Project selection and approvals; budgeting and business case preparation and analysis; and project initiation and planning, including work breakdown structures and forecasting.
Experience managing largeplex release cycles highly preferred
Concepts of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering.
Information technology support and technical documentation.
Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations.
Business planning and analysis.

Project budget interfaces with other accounting systems.
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or applicable degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience including: project management, enterprise implementation, strategic planning, business acumen, applications development, and change management orbination of education, training and experience.
Desired Skills:
PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
CSM or equivalent certification highly preferred
