JD-
Leading Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and coaching the team on Agile practices.
Identifying and eliminating roadblocks that prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals.
Representing the team’s needs to stakeholders, advocating for the team, and facilitating communication between different groups.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, empowering team members, and promoting continuous improvement.
Understanding and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories, and ensuring they are clear, consistent, and feasible for the team.
Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring requirements are aligned with business objectives
