Job Description

Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master Decision Tactical LLC 430 Towne Center Circle, Sanford, FL 32771 As our Technical Project Manager , you’ll be a core driver of project momentum. You’ll lead Agile workflows, keep teams aligned, and ensure we’re delivering high-quality work—on time and within scope. You’ll collaborate across disciplines (design, dev, content, leadership), helping the team navigate challenges, stay organized, and keep pace with our ambitious goals. This role is hands-on and fast-moving—perfect for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a startup and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Do Own the full project lifecycle from planning and prioritization to execution and delivery Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams (daily standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.) Communicate constantly with internal stakeholders to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are crystal clear Jump in where needed to support coordination, task tracking, process development, and problem-solving Manage roadmaps, backlogs, timelines, risks, and resources using tools like Odoo and Notion Help build processes that grow with us—documenting workflows, improving sprint cadences, and supporting team transparency What We’re Looking For 3+ years in project management or scrum master roles, preferably in software, games, or creative tech Startup mindset: flexible, solutions-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams Comfort with project management tools like Jira, Odoo, and Notion Nice to Have (But Not Required) Familiarity with Unreal Engine (Blueprint or C++) or experience with 3D pipelines Background in game development, immersive media, or creative production Exposure to DevOps, QA workflows, or version control systems like Git Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile training
