We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,Scrum Leader II to join our Agile Delivery Practice team. This roleis located in Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID. In thisrole, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring Scrumprinciples and practices are followed, Scrum team events occur, areproductive and kept within timeboxes. Removing impedimentsidentified by Teams. Tracking and resolving team dependencies.

Ensuring Teams’ effectiveness in using

Scrum:

responsible forenabling programs to meet their expected outcomes by supportingthem in problem identification, root cause analysis, anddecision-making. Facilitating and guiding Teams to deliver expectedoutcomes with high quality. Helping Teams focus on creatingincrements of value for each iteration and achieving daily andIteration goals in the context of current program objectives.

Relevant competencies: Agile Leadership-Advanced / AgileMethodologies-Advanced / Business Process Improvement-Intermediate/Cross Functional Team Leadership-Intermediate / Kanban- Advanced /Lean-Advanced / Requirements Analysis-Beginner / RequirementsGathering-Beginner / Scaled Frameworks-Advanced / Scrum-Expert /Servant Leadership-Advanced / Written and OralCommunication-Advanced To be successful in this role, we’re seekingthe following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination ofeducation and experience is required. 6-8 years of relevantexperience in similar role. Previous technical experience ispreferred. Experience in Scrum Master role for software developmentteam for large initiatives.

Knowledge of various Agile approaches:

Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, Spotify, etc. Awareness and experiencewith widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD,Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, AutomatedTesting, Agile Games.
