Agile Scrum Master – Lead Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

This role involves guiding and mentoring teams to ensure effective delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity. Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress, acting as a liaison between the team and stakeholders. Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a self-organizing and collaborative environment. Promote adherence to Scrum frameworks and continuously seek ways to improve team processes. Serve as a bridge between Scrum teams and other stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and challenges. Skills Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an IT environment. Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Agility. Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Skills Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
