• Lead (Hybrid in Atlanta, GA) Are you an experienced Agile Scrum Master with a knack for Business Analysis and a passion for team facilitation and process improvement?

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives for a dynamic project in Atlanta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered due to onsite collaboration requirements.

Key Requirements:

12+ years of total IT experience Certified Scrum Master ( CSM/PSM ) Strong background as both Scrum Master and Business Analyst Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies Experienced with tools like Agility or similar Agile PM software Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Local to Georgia

Have:

Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems

Educational Background & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Story Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives Proactively identify and remove team impediments Coach and mentor Scrum teams in Agile best practices Foster self-organization and high-performing team culture Ensure alignment with Agile frameworks and continuous process improvement Serve as the liaison between Scrum team, Product Owners, and stakeholders Provide clear communication on progress, blockers, and project goals Why Join Us?
