Job Description

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Proficient in using Agility or similar Agile project management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience or familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a strong plus
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Facilitate Scrum Events
- Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Ensure meetings are focused, time-boxed, and aligned with team and project goals.
- 2. Remove Impediments
- Identify and address blockers that hinder the team’s ability to deliver
- Serve as a point of contact between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to support initiatives, manage feedback, and drive resolution.
- 3. Coach and Mentor
- Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile practices and principles
- Foster continuous learning and support the adoption of Agile values across the organization.
- 4. Promote Team Autonomy
- Encourage self-organization and empower the team to make decisions about their work
- Support a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- 5. Optimize Processes
- Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate experimentation and implement process enhancements to drive team efficiency and value delivery.
- 6. Serve as a Liaison
- Act as a bridge between the Scrum team and key stakeholders, including Product Owners and leadership
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and effectively.
