Job Description (Posting).
Scrum Master
Experienced working in SAFe Agile
Monitoring project progress, provide timely feedback, raise timely impediments
Identify and resolve any impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering value
Facilitate communication between the team, the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
Protect the team from outside distractions and interruptions allows team to focus on their work
Scrum Master hosts al the agile ceremonies (Daily team meetings, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Demo)
Update on the progress of the project, address impediments, and ensure that the project is on track, regular sessions with product stakeholders to share updates. it’s a Scrum Master’s job to ensure that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome
Ensure team is trained to understand Agile processes, the team members understands specific roles and are dedicated to the project.
