Job Description

Responsibilities:

Working with the product owner to ensure the team is delivering on refined stories in a prioritised fashion to maximum business benefit Facilitate agile processes including sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and release planning Ensure the removal of team-level impediments and escalates non-team-level blockers to conclusion Facilitate group meetings such as workshops. Act as liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams and vendors to facilitate communications and support a shared vision of delivered functionality Maintain appropriate project documentation Timely communication of project statuses

Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
Preferred MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence Verbal and Written communication skills Consensus building and negotiating skills
