Sr. Scrum Master Position Available In St. Louis, Missouri

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master for a Contract job with a client in St. Louis, MO . Responsibilities include guiding product teams through Agile practices and continuously improving team performance through facilitative leadership and innovative thinking.

Rate Range:

$70/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Sr.

Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

Lead and coach Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, tailoring frameworks to fit the needs of data and analytics teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and progress. Remove impediments and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and innovation within teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and aligning deliverables with business goals. Support onboarding and development of team members, contributing to a culture of learning and high performance.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience implementing Agile practices with relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, Certified Scrum Master). Strong communication and facilitative leadership skills, with a preference for experience in Data & Analytics or Business Intelligence environments. Pay Details:
